- All our products are 100% handmade which is why we celebrate the imperfections that come with it.

- The pieces might vary(slightly) in size and colour. There can be a glaze difference or a minor crack that does not affect the functionality of the product in any way.

- Food and Dishwasher safe. Microwave safe if it doesn't contain gold.

 1. As our ceramics are hand-made and prepared in small batches we take 20-25 days to make and deliver your order(unless it is ready to ship). In some cases it might me delivered earlier, depending on the availability. You can submit our form to know about immediate availability just in case you want the products delivered earlier or on a specific date.

2. We don't accept returns or exchanges unless the product delivered to you is broken or incorrect. Please send us a video of unpacking the goods within 24 hours of it's delivery to be applicable for a refund. We will either issue a refund within 48 hours or send you a new piece(depending on the availability) in this case.
